How do I track my order?
Open the AmiGo app, go to My Orders, and tap your active order. You'll see live driver location, status updates, and estimated arrival time. iOS users can also track orders from the Lock Screen via Live Activities.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order for free before it has been accepted by the store. Once the store starts preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible. For assistance, contact support as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
AmiGo accepts major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and cash on delivery (where available). Payments are processed securely through our trusted providers.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll work with the store to resolve it and issue a refund if appropriate.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion directly in the app under Profile โ Settings โ Delete Account, or email [email protected]. We'll remove your data within 30 days.
I'm having trouble logging in.
Make sure you're using the same phone number or email you registered with. If you didn't receive an OTP, check your signal or try again after a minute. Still stuck? Contact support with your phone number and we'll help you recover your account.
Do you operate in my city?
AmiGo currently operates across Lebanon. To check coverage in your area, open the app and enable location โ if stores appear, you're good to go. We're expanding every month.
